Information

During check-out, please include:

1. The first name & surname, email and mobile number of the recipient of the gift voucher.
2. Who you want the voucher to be from:
3. The R amount of the voucher if choosing your own amount.
4. Where you'd like the electronic version of the voucher emailed (the purchaser or the recipient).

Vouchers will be emailed and available for immediate use once the purchase invoice is paid.

Hard copy vouchers can be posted or collected on request.

Conditions:

• Gift Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the purchase date. Unused value after this period will be forfeited.
• Gift Vouchers are sold for a rand (ZAR) value only and cannot be redeemed for specific services or promotions.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and change cannot be given. However, any remaining balances can be used until the voucher expiry date.
• Treat your voucher like cash, as it can be redeemed by anyone with access to the ‘name’ & ‘number’ on the voucher.
• Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in-store or online
• When redeeming online ensure you clearly identify that you would like to use a voucher along with the ‘name’ and ‘number’.
