The Process:
Working in our workshop gives our team access to the appropriate tools, equipment and materials and will generally
be the most efficient and economical option.
However for larger kilns or equipment that cannot easily be transported, please contact us to discuss what options
might be available.
Call-out, travel and labour charges apply, and availability will depend on your location and the nature of the work required.

- The make and model of the kiln or equipment.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Clear photographs of the equipment and damaged area.
- Your location if onsite service may be required.
- Any relevant history of the equipment or previous repairs.
