Cape Pottery Supplies has been part of the Western Cape’s pottery community for over 35 years, supplying materials, tools and equipment to potters, schools and studios.

Under shared stewardship, Cape Pottery Supplies, The Clayman, Claybright, OudeKaap and Kiln Contracts bring together expertise in pottery supplies, clay and ceramic materials, underglazes and kiln manufacturing. Together, we support the creative journey from the first bag of clay to the finished, fired piece.

Today, as part of the Fired Up Kilns Group, we belong to a wider family of ceramics businesses across South Africa and Australia. With branches in Retreat, Racing Park - Killarney Gardens and Somerset West, we continue to serve our local community while drawing on the group’s shared knowledge, manufacturing capabilities and international sourcing.

Looking ahead, we see exciting opportunities to reach more ceramic communities all while improving our support across the Southern Hemisphere.
