Product Description

Zinc-Free Clear is a glossy glaze recommended for use with underglazes to reduce the incidence of color shift. Most underglazes, stains, and coloring oxides will show their best color with Zinc-Free Clear.

Some colors may be muted with HF-9 Zinc-Free Clear:
V-315 Peach
V-316 Light Pink
V-323 Salmon

\*\*Note that all dry dipping glazes can be difficult to layer. Dipping glazes behave differently from brushing and they require thorough testing prior to layering full piece.

Safety Warning

Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
